At Academus Training Institute (ATI), we are committed to supporting every student throughout their training journey. Our Student Services team provides guidance from the initial enquiry stage through to course completion and certification. We ensure all learners receive the information, support and assistance they need to feel confident, informed and empowered throughout their studies. Student Services offers help with course information, enrolment processes, learning requirements, assessment expectations, and access to trainers for clarification or additional academic support. We also provide Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assistance where required, along with welfare support for students experiencing personal or study-related difficulties. Administrative assistance is available for matters such as USI creation, attendance records, course changes, certificates and general enquiries. Our complaints and appeals process is fair, transparent and accessible to all learners, and we are committed to ensuring equity and reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities, special learning needs or unique circumstances.
Important Reminder to All Students
Before enrolling or commencing training, all students are required to carefully read every document provided by Academus Training Institute. These documents outline your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which training is delivered. They include the Student Handbook, enrolment terms and conditions, fees and refund information, complaints and appeals processes, code of conduct, privacy information, training and assessment requirements, and any course-specific guidelines such as SLED, RSA or Food Safety compliance. Reading and understanding these documents ensures that you are fully aware of what ATI provides, what is expected of you as a learner, how your training will be conducted, and how you can access support, raise concerns or request an appeal when needed.
